How can I contact you about my order?
The easiest way to contact us is via email! Please email shop@ownherboutique with any questions about your order! Please be sure to include your name and order number within the email!
 
What is your shipping policy?
We currently have FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders over $250 within Canada! All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the address it is being delivered to. We pride ourselves in processing your orders efficiently! What is your return/refund policy?

What is considered final sale?
All swimwear, bodysuits, hair accessories, candles, mugs, food, beverages, custom orders and clearance items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. For more info read the full policy here.

My coupon code is not working, why?If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.  

My order hasn't been delivered, what should I do?
Please contact your local Canada Post or local shipping provider. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at shop@ownherboutique.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

How do I know if my order has been placed?
Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at shop@ownherboutique.com.

I've just placed an order, can I change it?
Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot guarentee the change will be made or ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available.
