My order hasn't been delivered, what should I do?
Please contact your local Canada Post or local shipping provider. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at shop@ownherboutique.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When you order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at shop@ownherboutique.com.
I've just placed an order, can I change it?
Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot guarentee the change will be made or ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available.
